Outside Fun

 We've been having so much fun at parks lately.  

 Suzy sometimes sleeps with her head straight in the mattress (which I go in and move).

And Lily is sitting in one of her plastic drawers with all the clothes dumped out.  My Mom taught me to make fun for kids with things around your house.  Lily loved it and didn't even know that it wasn't a kiddie pool.  

For all you Lily + Suzy fans out there....

Suzy's Blessing Day

 Lily fell down but luckily, she has a Daddy who knows how to make it all better.

Cute Girlies

Below is mine and Jon's first chocolate souffle...we put the rest of the batter into a pie pan and baked that for the same amount of time...that actually turned out pretty good.  

April 1st - Snow Day.  When I was little, my Mom always let us stay home from school on the first snow of the year.  We'd make pancakes and have hot chocolate.  I LOVED it, and I can almost still feel that excitement of waking up and having a couple inches of snow on the ground - knowing I'd get to play in it all day.  So, I took Lily outside and we made pancakes and hot chocolate.  I even listened to Christmas Music.   I know, I know... you're jealous.  May 1st - Playing in the water from the fire hydrant.

Random Fun

 My Mom and little brother were in a Stake Play.  My Mom played Amanda...something who prayed for help to heal her boy's hip.  The story is in this talk.

 Jon and I are learning how to do more dates at home with two kids.  For this date, we had dinner and a dance in the living room - super fun.  

 We've done it!  Both our girls slept in the same room...for only two nights...but now we know it can be done.  Lily LOVED having Suzy in the same room as her and the last couple nights when I've had Suzy in my room again, she will ask me about it by pointing and saying, "baby?"

 Jon stayed home from work on Friday for a random vacation day.  We made a fort and watched the new Muppets movie together (the movie was alright but now amazing like Muppet Treasure Island or anything). 

 We found this bumper sticker on our car yesterday.  Lily was so upset.  Thanks to Anna and Russell for a good April Fools Joke.
